Kaz

Welcome to my profile! I’m Kaz.

I’m Japanese form Hyogo prefecture. But now, I live in Cambridge to study English for 3 months. I like playing the trombone and listening to classical music. Music is like blood for me. No music No life

Traveling is also one of my hobbies! When COVID-19 spreded around the world, I have been to some countries. I especially like collecting coins, and now have coins from more than 10 countries! It is very fun to look at the coins because they often show the history and culture of the country.

My goals in the UK!

Let me explain my purposes in the UK. When I came to Cambridge, I set 2 goals to study English.

The first thing is speaking skills. I want to be able to talk more about Japanese culture and politics in English. To achieve this, I need words and knowledge. So I read Guardians every morning and write a comparison between Japan and UK. But I realize my weak point is pronunciation. Therefore I add listening to a worldwide radio in the evening. In addition, I read aloud to speech recognization app which my pronounciation is collect or not.

The next thing is to pass the Eiken examination. Before I went to the UK, I took one. Then My score was two point lower than the passing score. So I want to pass definertly. To achive this I study every weekend. Especially, I want to improve reading skill so I read word book for 30 mintues everyday.

This is my profile! Nice to meet you!
